Mr. Veltman’s experience over the last 45 years in Master Planning and his educational training are the backbone of the firm. Trained first as an Architect and then with a Masters of Landscape Architecture under Ian McHarg. Extensive involvement in land use planning and development from small acreage developments to large planned communities and from rural to urban environmental settings. Responsibility includes development, review, and updates of Master Plans for cities, re-development areas, communities, developers and individuals; plan amendments and policy adjustments; zoning consultation; coordination of planning with governmental entities such as regional, state, county and city; citizen participation; conceptual planning; development of design standards and review procedures; custom production and large lot development layouts; site planning, architecture and landscape overview; landscape master plan studies; landscape water conservation plans; management and organizational analysis.
